Tuner Cars and Tracking Teslas - Conversation with ZEVcentric

AutoRnD became ZEVcentric with the Tesla Model 3 Performance

Today I am sitting down with Rishie Garg at his shop in Fremont - ZEVcentric. I met Rishie last year at an Electrify Expo event in San Francisco and we hit it off right away. What I didn’t know at the time was that Rishie had been modifying some of my favorite tuner cars since the 90’s and that the Tesla Model 3 and its potential as a track and enthusiast car reignited his excitement for car culture and led to establishing the ZEVcentric brand.

ZEVcentric Specializes in EV Upgrades and Track Preparation

There are only a few shops that are experts in modifying Teslas for the track, whether that is suspension and brakes, tires and wheels, or datalogging and cooling. Even fewer dedicate so much to consulting and sharing of knowledge around racecraft, helping Tesla owners work on the “nut behind the wheel”.

Now that I made it to Rishie’s shop to make some adjustments to my Model 3 - I had to get the coilover height reset and the brakes bled - we had a chance to sit back and talk about our shared love for 90's tuner cars, the history of AutoRnD and ZEVcentric, tracking a Tesla, and all around great advice from someone who has been a leader in the car industry for years.

I can't thank Rishie and the team enough for dialing in my Tesla and talking strategy for track days ahead. I hope you all enjoy this conversation as much as I did, and don't forget to check out the ZEVcentric channel too!
